POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Our client is a well established company involved in producing conferences and summits around the world.  They currently require an upwardly mobile Production Manager for their Madrid, Spain facility.  The successful candidate will be expected to conceptualize, organize and run financially successful conferences across the country.  Should have a proven track record of success in conferencing and a solid knowledge of the financial model that underpins such events.  Able to manage a Production Team responsible for developing, marketing and running profitable conferences/summits.  Handle continuous and comprehensive market and competitive research.  Prepare thorough, well researched and viable briefs for Project Managers.  Initial location for training may be London, England or Spain.  Excellent potential for fast advancement.  Our client is open to Spanish expatriates who would like to return to Spain to further their careers with this exciting company.

SALARY RANGE:    Open, depending on experience, plus significant bonuses.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have excellent written and spoken skills in Spanish.  Successful record in high level Business to Business operations.
EDUCATION:  Bachelors Degree in Business related subject or Journalism
EXPERIENCE:   5 years progressive experience in conferencing or related, such as business consulting, executive recruitment, etc.  A Business to Business business where interfacing with Fortune 500 exeuctives is included.  Training in conferencing and producing conferences is available.
