POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Our client is a leader on both the National and International stage.  The proper prior experience is tantamount to your future success in this role. Thus, only candidates who have prior experience managing multiple locations in the retail sector will be considered. The scope of this role encompasses approximately 10 locations, 10 Store Managers, and 150 retail employees. Out of town travel will be required, but is very minimal as most locations are within 1 hour of the Regional Office.

  The proper personality and attitude is also extremely important. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who aggressively pursues both sales targets and customer service targets (always first priority). The right candidate will also have a demonstrable acumen for leadership; focus and direction must be derived from the top and strong levels of respect and confidence must be instilled and maintained within the employee base.
