EXPERIENCE:  In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least 6 months experience as an in-bound Customer Service Rep, and be technically competent with a wide range of consumer electronics, from cell phones to camcorders to computer peripherals.  You must also be fluent in English and French.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is the Canadian division of a global manufacturer of a wide range of consumer electronics.  Their Mississauga headquarters, located in the north west corner of the city,  is currently in need of 4 Customer Service Reps who are fluent in English and French and competent with modern electronic products.  Responsibilities for these positions include:

1. Provide 2nd Tier Customer/Dealer Support for cell phones, consumer electronics and computer peripherals by telephone, email & fax
2. Educate customers on how to use company cell phones effectively
3. Receive in excess of 80 inbound calls per day
2. Investigate complaints, technical and quality issues of company products
4. Handle irate customers
5. Log & update Customer Service Database for customers and dealers
6. Utilize soft skills for fast, courteous, friendly service to both internal and external clients.
7.  Maintain productivity standards (e.g. Talk Time, Quality, Service Levels, First Time Call Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction)
8. Conduct user trials and special projects for research, development and documentation as required or requested.

Note:  These are long-term contract positions.  The initial phase will will be for 6 months, renewable annually thereafter.

SALARY RANGE:     $15-20 an hour
EDUCATION:  Some post-secondary an asset.
