EXPERIENCE:   5-10 years directly in Building product sales to large builders and distributors

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is a well establish, respected Master distributor of a popular and mid to high end line of products. We have four established sales reps in Ontario who have been managed by our senior management. We are now at the growth point of hiring a working Sales Manager. This individual will have solid experience in dealing with major builders and distributors in Ontario on building product related lines.

Our product is famous; our growth is based on outstanding customer service and competitive pricing, as well as service throughout the process.

You are ready for your next challenge, your proven experience in sales and team building will be the core strengths, combined with flexibility, a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and staff, and a sense of excitement that is contagious. You will focus on market development at major builders and Institutional accounts as well as work with our existing reps.

We offer a strong salary package, open ended bonus and secondary income plans, a well established company in its third phase of growth in as many years. We also have exciting plans for the future, and a short, receptive chain of command.  Our corporate offices are in Burlington.

SALARY RANGE:    $64- 88,000 base plus car allowance, bonus’ and expenses
EDUCATION: Business diploma or degree preferred
