POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is a well known downtown retail site focused on higher end men’s clothing, suits and accessories. We have an excellent team, and a great line of products.

We are seeking a well experienced individual who loves the clothing business. Our success is based on excellent service, great products and a trust we build with our clients. We have a very high repeat business segment. Our clients want to leave knowing they not only have great value, but the service, quality and finishing tailoring and proper fitting all make their investment in their clothing more satisfying.

You are well experienced in the types of cloth, different styles, proper fitting for various body types and love the process of helping people be well dressed. We have a very good reputation, and believe that it changes the service levels and attitudes of the sales people if their income is tied too greatly to commissions on sales, so we have a compensation system that is mainly base salary with some incentives. This makes you more free to take the time to give great service and advice.

SALARY RANGE:    $32-46,000 Base Salary
EDUCATION:  Diploma preferred
