POSITION:    DIRECTOR, BRAND MANAGER
PRODUCT/INDUSTRY: HAIR CARE/COSMETICS PRODUCTS

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  Key responsibility is to bring the client’s high-end brand to the next level, to innovate and create brand awareness, identifying markets and new trends.  This individual should have a track record with both developing marketing and sales strategies and new product development.  Working with close timelines and research cycles.  Product innovation with the business motive in mind.  With little guidance they should be skilled and ready to run with the product, be at the cutting edge of trends and always aware of new and impending trends in fashion and beauty.

SALARY RANGE:    $75,000 – $85,000 with bonus, with an expectation of $100k first year 
QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years minimum in the fashion or HBA industry.  Proven track record as a seasoned marketer.  Ready for a Director level position, with clarity and vision to the business motive.
EDUCATION:  Post graduate education in marketing and business preferable
EXPERIENCE:  Fashion savvy and great sense of style, this individual should be an innovative marketer with 10 years experience.
