Ontario Dominates at 14U Boys Nationals in Calgary

Stoakley-Stewart Consultants supports youth volleyball. We are extremely proud of the hot start of our 14U Boys, the PVB Patriots.

With the first day of the Canadian National volleyball Championships behind us, Ontario has dominated. Represented by 5 clubs, the Ontario teams combined for a spectacular record of 14 wins and 1 loss. Led by the Ontario Provincial Champion PVB Patriots who kept their opponents to an anemic average of 9 points per game (out of a possible 25), the Aurora Storm, Markham Buzz, Niagara Rapids also went undefeated with LVC Fire  (London) losing a nail biter to the  Alberta Champs, Canuck Red.

As the second day starts, the fortunes for our Ontario teams are not as opportune as an unfortunate twist of fate sees 3 of them in the same pool, Niagara Rapids, Storm Riptide and LVC Fire.

The Markham Stingers find themselves in a pool with the very strong BC Champions and we wish them much success as they represent our province.

In terms of our PVB Patriots, they will be facing the second and fourth teams from British Columbia and the Saskatchewan Champions!

We wish our PVB Patriots and the rest of our Ontario teams all the best!
